Consultancy & service fees
Our consultancy and service fees cover the professional work we do — assessment, document preparation, form filling, appointment handling and support. Once this work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable, because the service has been delivered regardless of the embassy's decision.
Official / third-party fees
Government visa fees, VFS fees, airline tickets, hotel bookings and insurance are subject to the rules of the relevant authority or supplier. Many of these — such as visa fees and issued tickets — are non-refundable or carry cancellation charges outside our control.
Before work begins
If you cancel beforewe have started preparing your file, we'll refund any consultancy fee paid, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
Tour packages
Package deposits and cancellations follow the terms shared in your package quote, which reflect airline, hotel and supplier policies. We'll always set these out clearly before you confirm.
